All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and weather.

 

  1. Estimates and Pricing
  • Estimates are based on the information available at the time of quoting.
  • Pricing may change if conditions differ upon inspection or service.
  • Additional charges may apply for excessive staining, heavy organic growth, difficult access, or unforeseen conditions.

 

  1. Scheduling and Cancellations
  • Appointment times are approximate.
  • Weather or operational factors may require rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

  1. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate property and service information
  • Ensure access to water, electricity (if required), and work areas
  • Secure pets and remove or protect personal or fragile items near work areas

 

  1. Pre-Existing Condition Disclaimer

Pressure washing and soft washing may expose pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Oxidation
  • Loose or damaged surfaces
  • Paint failure
  • Cracked or deteriorated siding, stucco, concrete, or roofing materials

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions.

 

  1. Landscaping and Plants

We take reasonable precautions to protect landscaping; however, we are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing plant health issues, lack of watering, or sensitive vegetation.

 

  1. Payments
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late or non-payment may result in additional fees, collections, or legal action.
  • Returned or declined payments may incur processing fees.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Labor Guys Pressure Washing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
